Asked for delivery. Ordered to my school, which I have done before and is a very common thing to do. When I check the progress bar twenty minutes later, it says that the pizza was already delivered. I never received a call, email, notification, nothing. I call the number they provide and they tell me that my pizza should be arriving in a few minutes. I decided to go outside and wait for my pizza. Half an hour and two calls later, my pizza still hasn't arrived and it should be arriving in "a few minutes." The only bright side of this interaction is that they let me cancel my order.
They had only one job...deliver the pizza I ordered. Instead they delivered a pizza I did not order.
Bad experience with delivery- I suggest you don’t say 45 minutes and actually deliver 1 1/2 later. Won’t order from this place again.
