Although Congressman Frelinghuysen has office people answering his phones, much like the man himself they have few answers for constituents. They have no idea how he stands on some very important issues. And, I truly hope they pass on the disappointment I feel when I call and ask why he tells his voters he thinks Trump should release his taxes but then VOTES the opposite of that. He votes party line almost exclusively now. This man used to be a moderate republican but sadly, now he no longer represents the people of NJ.
Votes against the interests of his constituents. Voted for the repeal of affordable care act and will vote for the tax plan that hits NJ tax payers in their pockets. I guess he does not mind NJ subsidizing states like MS and AL even more than we already do. Those states have no state taxes and low to non existent property taxes because of states like NJ. A total Trump homer that sells us out every day he remains in office. Definitely not running again given his votes. Just taking up a seat just to support the liar in chief.
Rodney Frelinghuysen is a weak and spineless representative. He used to be a moderate but the Tea Party frightened him and he turned to the right. Then the gave him a plum House chairmanship and he became 100% voting with Trump. He is afraid to meet with his constituents. Says one thing and votes the exact opposite.
I would give him no stars but it isn't allowed.
Very proud of Rep Frelinghuysen for voting in favor of the concealed carry reciprocity act. New Jersey's draconian gun laws regularly severely penalize law abiding citizens while allowing the gun carnage in Newark, Patterson, Camden, and other cities to continue unabated. There is zero evidence that concealed carry by law abiding people presents a risk to public safety, notwithstanding the hysteria of the gun prohibition crowd. It is great that our congressman took a principled stand for individual rights.
This man is a horrible congressman and ultimately a terrible human being if he can even be called that. A vegetable would be a better congressman than this pathetic excuse for a man.
